• Twilio: SMS delivery for verification codes. Subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy
• SendGrid (Twilio): Transactional email delivery (verification, password reset). Subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy
• Hetzner Online: Application hosting infrastructure. Subject to Hetzner's Privacy Policy
• MongoDB Atlas: Database hosting. Subject to MongoDB's Privacy Policy

These services process only the minimum data necessary to perform their specific function.

4. Data Storage and Security

The application is hosted on Hetzner servers located in Germany (EU), and your data is stored in MongoDB Atlas. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted passwords (BCrypt hashing — we cannot see your password)
• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted data at rest in MongoDB Atlas
• Rate limiting and brute-force protection
• Two-factor authentication (optional, via SMS)

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access your data: View all information we hold about you in your Account Settings
• Update your data: Edit your profile at any time in Account Settings
• Delete your account: Permanently delete your account and all associated data through Account Settings. Upon deletion, all personal data is immediately and permanently removed from our systems
• Data portability: Contact us to request an export of your data

6. Cookies

We use session cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the Service (authentication and security). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
